云南省黄金矿山系统可持续发展战略研究

【摘要】 本文是作者历时两年在完成云南省省院省校科技合作项目《云南省黄金找矿战略规划和矿山增储研究》（编号为YK98008）之子课题《云南省黄金矿山生产状况及找矿发展战略规划》（编号为YK98008—1）的基础上撰写的，涉及地质学、管理学、经济学等多门交叉学科知识，主要运用对比分析法、UV法、趋势分析法、线性规划法等方法进行分析研究。 （一）主要研究内容： 1、现有黄金矿山的资源状况。涉及指标有：探明储量、保有储量、保有三级矿量。 2、现有黄金矿山地质技术经济指标评价。评价指标有： ①采矿指标：出矿品位、出矿量、采矿损失率、矿石贫化率、万吨采掘比、剥采比、采掘采剥车间劳动效率、采掘采剥车间单位电耗。 ②选矿指标：选矿品位，选矿日处理量，选冶回收率，选矿磨机作业率、车间劳动效率及车间单位电耗。 3、现有黄金矿山生产经营参数分析。 ①生产规模指标：采选设计规模、实际生产能力、采掘剥总量、本年利税总额、工业增加值、工业总产值、职工年平均人数、能物单耗、设备配置、产量、销量及省内市场占有率等。 ②财务指标：资产负债率、净资产收益率、总资产报酬率、资产利税率、资本保值增值率、社会贡献率、成本费用利润率、矿山全员劳动生产率、产品销售率、流动资产周转率、单位综合成本费用、流动比、营运资金比率等。 4、云南省黄金需求预测和黄金矿山发展规划。根据云南省黄金生产及市场需求状况，利用趋势分析法预测省黄金矿山产金量，再利用多目标线性规划数学—经济模型分解产量，以使云南省黄金系统效益最佳。 （二）主要研究成果： 1、对云南省自然经济地理条件，包括自然地理及人口状况、矿产资源状况、宏观经济背景和经济战略布局，进行较为详尽的研究。特别是对地区经济背景的研究，将为地区矿业开发利用提供参考依据。 2、建立了云南省黄金矿山系统原始资料数据库，包括黄金矿山资源子库、地质经济技术子库和生产经营参数子库，并配有图文说明，从而为云南省黄金矿山的生产动态管理、综合实力评价、资源优化配置奠定了基础。 3、根据云南省黄金矿山现有数据，建立数学—经济模型。一是利用UV法，建立云南省黄金矿山系统综合评价模型，为确定投资顺序提供参考；二是利用趋势分析法、线性规划法，建立了未来两年资源优化配置模型，以使整个云南省黄金系统效益最佳。 4、面对国际、国内市场的变化情况，建议云南省矿业发展战略决策应做深层次调整，具体可调为“把以磷化工、有色金属和特色稀贵元素为主的矿业为做为云南绿色经济主体产业群之一来培植，加强矿业结构的优化和升级，实施矿业可持续发展战略。” 5、在云南省矿业发展战略方针指引下，结合云南省金矿成矿特征，圈定16个金成矿带，共41个找金靶区，并依据直接找矿信息和间接找矿信息的强弱、多少对所有靶区进行了排序。 6、提出重点找金基地8个，重点建设基地6个以供‘十．五”规划参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the research of Yunnan Province-Academy of China cooperative project抯 (Strategic programming of the prospecting for gold and the increasing of gold reserves in Yunnan province) sub-project 揝trategic programming of the yielding and prospecting conditions of the gold mines in Yunnan province? the author spent two years on carrying through this thesis dealing with many aspects, such as geology, managing science, economics etc. Several methods, mainly consisting of contrast analyzing, UV, trend analyzing, linear programming, are applied.1.Main contents:1.1The resources conditions of the gold mines in existence. Relevant targets are as follow:proved up reserves, retained reserves, retained three-grade reserves.1.2Estimating on the present geological technique economics targets of the gold mines, the targets are as follow:1.2.1Mining targets: excavated ore grade, ore yield, mining loss rate, ore dilution rate, ratio of ten thousand tons of ore to its excavation, ratio of overburden, excavating work efficiency, unit electricity consumption for excavation.1.2.2Ore processing targets: processed ore grade, daily ore processing capacity, reclaiming rate of mining and metallurgy, ore milling rate, ore processing efficiency and unit electricity consumption.1.3Analysis on the present yielding and managing parameters of the gold mines.1.3.1Parameters of production scale: mining and ore process planning scale, actual production capacity, excavation capacity, annual taxation total, industrial increasing, industrial gross output, annual staff number, energy and material unit consumption, facility configuration, output, sale and provincial market occupation rate.1.3.2Financial parameters: asset in-debt rate, net asset profit rate, total asset payment rate, asset taxation rate, capital value-retaining and value-increasing rate, social contribute rate, cost profit rate, mining staff productivity, production marketing rate, circulating asset turnover rate, unit comprehensive cost, circulating ratio, applied capital ratio, and so on.1.4Forecasts about the requirement for gold ore and planning for the development of the gold mines in Yunnan province. According to the gold yield and market requirement in Yunnan province, and applying to the trend analyzing method, the yield of the gold mines is predicted, and by the means of multi-target linear programming mathematical-economical model, the yield is taken apart, so as to optimize the beneficial result of the gold system of Yunnan province.2..Main achievements:1.1It has been at large researched on the natural economical geography conditions, which include natural geography, population, mineral resources, macro economical background and economical strategic layout of Yunnan province in the thesis, especially the research achievement on the regional economical background is coming to be the gist for mining exploration.1.2The original database of the gold mines in Yunnan province is established, which consists of the gold mines?resources sub-database, the geological economical technology sub-database and the production management parameters sub-database, combining with the explanation1graphs and texts. All above databases have done 憈he groundwork for the production dynamic managements, general strength estimation and resources optimization and collocation.1.3According to the gold mines?present data in Yunnan province, the mathematics-economics model is established. No. one is the gold mine systematical general estimation model that is established using UV method; No. two is the coming two years?resources optimizing and collocating model that is established using trend analyzing and linear programming method, which can make all Yunnan gold mines get the best profits.1.4Facing the international and domestic gold market varieties, it is suggested that Yunnan mining development strategic decision-making should adjust profoundly, the concrete measures is to cultivate the phosphor chemical industry, no更多还原
