污泥堆肥及其复合肥对草坪草生物效应和环境效应的影响研究

【摘要】 针对日前工业和生活污水排放量越来越大,污泥随之日益增加的状况,利用污泥中含有大量的养分及有机质的特点,将污泥堆肥及利用污泥堆肥研制的草坪专用复合肥应用于草坪草,采用盆栽和室外绿地试验,研究了污泥堆肥及复合肥对草坪草的生物效应、土壤效应及其对草坪草叶片和土壤吸收累积重金属的影响。试验结果表明,污泥堆肥及草坪专用复合肥对草坪草的生长具有良好的生物效应。污泥堆肥及复合肥的施用使草坪草的叶绿素含量增加,污泥堆肥施用量高的叶绿素含量明显高于其它处量。达到了一级水平。适量污泥堆肥和污泥复合肥的施用,草坪草叶片中的重金属与化肥对照无显著差异。生物量则随污泥堆肥及复合肥用量的增加而增加,发挥了污泥堆肥的缓释肥料作用。盆栽试验结果还表明,污泥堆肥及复合肥的施用促进了草坪草叶片对氮素的吸收,使草坪草在成坪期获得了充足的养分,并保持了肥料的持续性。污泥堆肥及复合肥对草坪草具有较好的培肥效应,污泥堆肥及复合肥处理可提高土壤全量及有效N、P和K含量,且差异均达到显著水平。污泥堆肥处理土壤中的重金属含量较对照高,但远低于土壤环境容量标准。污泥堆肥的施用对改善土壤的理化性状也有明显的作用,污泥堆肥的施用明显增加了土壤的有机质含量,降低了碱性土壤的PH值,使之接近于中性,同时高量污泥堆肥的施用增加了土壤的阳离子交换量,也使土壤中的盐含量增加,但土壤含量的增加远低于盐渍化土壤的标准。因此,污泥堆肥及复合肥对提高土壤的养分含量,培肥地力有明显的作用。本文通过将污泥堆肥及复合肥施用于园林绿地,避开了食物链,为污水处理厂解决了污泥的处置问题,同时又为草坪草找到了理想的有机肥料,使污泥的土地资源化具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the present situation of the increasing of waste water displacement amount ,we used sewage sludge which contains a lot of organic matter and nutrient for the plant to manufacture sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer. It showed that sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer exerted a good influence to turfgrass growth They made turfgrass?s chlorophyll content get a raise Comparing with the chemical fertilizer, the heavy metal content of turfgrass blade treated by sludge compost had no remarkable difference With the increasing of sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer, the btomass of turfgrass increased Sludge compost brought into play slow-release fertilizer action In pot experiment , sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer promoted turfgrass to absorb nitrogen The content of nitrogen of turfgrass blade treated by sludge compost remarkably increased than that in the control treatment.ln addition sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer improved the total and effective nutrient contents of N~P and K in soil Though the content of heavy metal treated by sludge compost was higher than that the control soil, it was far behind comparing with some national environment standard Sludge compost had clear effect on improving the phsicochemical properties of soil The content of soil organic matter increased remarkably and the value of pH reduced to be close to neutrality owing to applying sludge compost High-amount sludge compost increased cation exchange capation and total salt of soil, but total salt of soil was lower than salt-affected soil?s standard Therefore ,there are good effections to cultivate soil fertility for turfgrass because of applying sludge compost.Through this research , sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer were applied to gardens and green lands ,which avoided food chain and solved the problem of sludge handle for sewage treatment plant Sludge compost and sludge compound fertilizer are ideal organic fertilizer for turfgrass which make the land utilization of sludge have a good prospects.
