人参陈皮及其配伍抗疲劳实验研究

【摘要】 目的和方法:人参陈皮及其配伍对小鼠游泳时间的影响(耐疲劳实验),并与治疗组螺旋藻组进行对比,从运动学和生理生化指标方面观察了人参陈皮及其配伍对小鼠游泳时间的影响。结果:单味陈皮及单味人参均能显著延长小鼠游泳时间,人参陈皮配伍也能显著延长小鼠游泳时间。各组与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且单味陈皮和单味人参、人参陈皮配伍均能使小鼠运动后50min血乳酸明显降低,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:人参陈皮及其配伍均具有抗疲劳作用,其作用机理是通过降低血乳酸产生抗疲劳作用,且单味陈皮、人参比人参陈皮及其配伍组效果要好。

【Abstract】 Ginseng Citrus and their compound effect the small mice swimming time. (anti-fatigue experiment),it compared with therapy group spirulina platen-sis. From movement learn and physiological biotic chemical guideline survey ginseng Citrus and their compound effect the small mice swimming time. Experiment result. Prove: both individual Citrus and individual ginseng obvious prolonged small mice swimming time, ginseng citrus compound can prolonged obvious small mice swimming time too. Each group compared with blank obverse group obvious variant (p<O.O5), moreover individual citrus and individual ginseng, ginseng citrus compound can make blood lactic acid obvious descent after mice swimmed Result: both ginseng citrus and its combination have the function of anti-fatigue, the function of principle is reduce blood lactic acid to have anti-fatigue effect, moreover individua citrus effect was superior to ginseng citrus combination.
