离心泵叶轮CAD系统开发

【摘要】 目前,大多数离心泵CAD软件是在DOS环境下开发的。采用了传统的结构化设计语言,而且没有选择图形支撑软件,结果程序的可维护性差,开发周期长,花费的人力、物力较大,图形编辑、输出比较困难,难以取得令人满意的效果。 本文在分析这些不足的基础上,以软件工程方法为指导思想,建立了Windows环境下开放式、可扩充的新的离心泵叶轮CAD系统。开发了一套可以完成低、中和高比转速离心泵叶轮CAD程序该系统以面向对象的编程语言Visual Basic为编程工具,以AutoCAD R14 for Windows为图形支撑软件,充分利用了Windows的有利资源环境。采用了数据通信技术,完成从离心泵基本尺寸的输入、计算到叶轮木模图生成的一整套参数化离心泵叶轮CAD过程。设计出的图纸基本符合工程实际要求。主要工作有: (1)对目前机械CAD和离心泵CAD研究现状和存在的问题进行了深入分析,确定了离心泵叶轮CAD系统应该解决的重点问题。 (2)将软件工程设计理论和方法应用于离心泵叶轮CAD系统,提出了模块化、参数化和功能开放式的设计思想,以便系统的升级和移植。 (3)采用了面向对象的程序语言Visual Basic进行离心泵叶轮设计,并使用AntoCAD R14图形支撑软件进行图形的编辑、修改,直到输出生成符合工程实际要求的叶片木模图。 (4)为系统设计了直观、简洁和标准的Windows人机对话界面,便于系统操作。
【Abstract】 At present, many of the CAD software of centrifugal pump have been developed in the DOS environment based on traditional structure programming language and the graphic support software is not adopted in these software, so that the software shows poor maintainability, long developing cycle and large cost. Furthermore, the output drawings of the software are not easily to be edited and plotted. Thus, it is difficult that the software is able to work out satisfied results. Based on the analysis of these shortcomings, guided by software engineering method, an opened, expandable and renewed centrifugal pump CAD system is established in the environment of Windows. By using the object-oriented programming languageisual Basic and supporting with AutoCAD R14 for Windows, a suit of CAD programs of the centrifugal pump impellers is developed, which takes in the program’s advantage of the resources of the environment of Windows. A date also adopted technique is which can accept data and calculate geometrical of the dimensions as well as make the impeller pattern drawings. The drawings have been basically met the demand of practical engineering. The main research work in the thesis is the following: (1) The status and existing problems in mechanical and centrifligal pump CAD are analyzed thoroughly, and the important problems in that should be solved the centrifugal pump CAD system are made sure. (2) The theory and method for programming in software engineering arc adopted in the CAD system of centrifugal pump impeller, and the modularization, parameterization and function-opening design philosophy is proposed, in order that it be convenient to the system upgrading and transplanting. (3) The object-oriented programming language-Visual Basic is adopted to design impeller of centrifugal pump, and also graphic-supporting software-AutoCAD Rl 4 is chosen for graph editing, modifying and used to output the impeller pattern drawings demand of engineering practice. (4) A straightforward, concise and standard Windows human computer-interface is designed for the system, which makes the operation of the system very convenient.
