【摘要】 中小企业在我国国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但目前我国中小企业普遍经营困难，生存和发展面临严峻的挑战，一个重要的原因就是中小企业技术水平落后，缺乏技术创新能力。本文在分析了我国中小企业技术创新的现状及影响因素之后，从宏观和微观两个层面提出了促进我国中小企业技术创新的对策和措施。 本文分四个部分，第一部分对我国中小企业作了界定，介绍了创新理论和技术创新，并对关于中小企业技术创新的研究作了简单回顾。第二部分对我国中小企业技术创新的现状作了分析，并从宏观方面和中小企业自身方面找出了影响我国中小企业技术创新的因素。第三部分，在参考了西方发达国家促进本国中小企业技术创新的政策和措施基础上，提出构建有利于我国中小企业技术创新宏观环境的建议。第四部分提出了中小企业进行技术创新自身应采取的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small & Medium enterprises (SMEs) play an increasingly important role in the national economy of our country, however, the present SMEs in our country are universally confronted with difficult management and stem challenges of survival and development, one important reason for the situation is because the backward technology and the lack of technology innovation ability in SMEs. This thesis herein presents the counter-measures and methods for promoting the technology innovation of SMEs in our country from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives after analyzing the present situation of technology innovation of SMEs in our country and impacting-factors. The thesis consists of four parts, part one defines the conception of SMEs in our country and introduces innovation theory and technology innovation along with the brief retrospection of the research on technology innovation of SMEs. Part two analyses the present situation of the technology innovation of SMEs in our country and reveals the factors that influence the technology innovation from the macroscopic aspect and the inner aspect of SMEs. Part three submits the suggestions for constructing the beneficial macroscopic environment for the SMEs in our country on the referential basis of the policies and measures of western developed countries to promote the technology innovation of SMEs in their countries. Part four suggests the counter-measures that SMEs themselves should take to carry out the technology innovation.更多还原
