猪ESR和FSHβ位点基因对猪产仔性状的影响研究

【摘要】 由于猪产仔数的遗传力低(0.1左右),属限性表达,常规的育种技术对产仔数性状的改变十分有限,所以寻找控制猪繁殖率的主效基因及其遗传标记对提高猪产仔数具有重要意义。ESR和FSHβ基因是影响猪产仔数的主效基因。本研究采用PCR-RFLP和PCR的方法,通过对东北民猪(36头)、军牧Ⅰ号(40头)、三江白猪(37头)3个猪群共113头母猪进行ESR和FSHβ基因的多态性分析,并采用最小二乘法分析ESR基因型、FSHβ基因型和合并基因型影响头胎和经产胎次产活仔数的遗传效应。为东北地区猪种的选育、提高猪产仔率提供DNA分子水平的手段和方法。结果表明,ESR和FSHβ基因的基因型频率、等位基因频率的分布均不平衡;在ESR基因中基因型为AB的母猪要比基因型为AA和BB的母猪产仔数高,在FSHβ基因中得到相同的结果即杂合型的母猪比纯合型的母猪产仔数高;合并基因型为ABDD的产仔率高于其它合并基因型,其中合并基因型为ABDD的母猪要比BBCC合并基因型的母猪多产3.67头/胎。
【Abstract】 The Study on the Effect of ESR and FSHP Geneto Litter Size in SwineThe litter size抯 heritance of pig is vely low as well as restrictively expressed in sow. So the improvement of the litter size is limited by the conventional breeding technolo~? This uzges the scientists to find the major gene that control the reproduction of pig and the genetic marker that related to it. The ESR and FSH P gene were proved to be the major gene that control the litter size in swine. The methods of PCR-RFLP and PCR were used to analysis the polymorphisms of the ESR and FSH P in Dongbei miii pig (36) , Junmu I hao pig (40) and Sanjianbai pig (37). The genetic effects of the ESR genotypes, FSH P genotypes and combined genotypes to first parity and later parities were analyzed by the least square analysis. The results show that the distribution of gene types and allele frequencies were not balance. The saws with the gene type AB have more litter size than that with gene types AA as well as BB gene types in ESR gene. The same results can be obtained in FSH P gene. However, the combined gene type ABBB means more litter size than other gene type. As a result, the sows with gene type ABBB have 3.67 piglets of the number of born alive more than the sow with BBAA gene type.
