【摘要】 二十世纪七十年代以来，新技术革命，尤其是信息技术的发展，使世界经济发生了根本的变化。随着科技的进步，一个以知识为基础的经济——“知识经济”时代已经来临。面对机遇和挑战，我国必须大力发展高科技产业，实现技术升级和经济结构调整。创新企业高成长、高风险、高回报的特征，使发展风险投资产业成为迫在眉睫的问题。建立风险投资体系的实质是在现有的投融资体系中营造一个为高新科技企业服务的金融循环系统。本文在借鉴国外经验的基础上，分析我国风险投资业现状，并提出政策建议。本文的主要内容如下： 1、以联系实际，提出发展我国风险投资业的必然性为基础，系统阐述风险投资的概念、特点、与传统投资的区别及要素构成。 2、结合典型国家风险投资的运作方式，总结了风险投资的营运过程。 3、总结风险投资比较成功的地区的特点，以美国及中国的台湾为例，从实际情况出发，我国应从中借鉴的先进经验。 4、在上述研究的基础上，分析了发展我国风险投资业的必要性、可能性、问题及现状：提出了发展我国风险投资业的对策，即从远期目标来看，我国要建立以多元风险投资主体为依托，以适当的政策扶植、完善的中介服务体系和畅通的退出渠道为条件，以完善的经济法律制度为保障的风险投资体制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1970s, the reform of new technology , especially the development of information technology that result in the fundamental change in the world economy. ~Iith the improving of the science technology ,a new kind of economy named knowledge economy that is based on the knowledge has come. China must try her best to promote hiech industry and realize the technological advance and the reorganization of the economic structure. The Characteristics of the enterprises that always bring forth new ideas make the development of the venture capital as the very important thing at once. The essence of the venture capital system is to build a financial recycling system to serve the hiech enterprises. This treatise analyzes the current condition of our venture capital, and provides some policy suggestions. All of these are based on the study of the foreign countries. The main content of the thesis is following:1.Expounds the concept and characteristics of Venture Capital and the difference from the traditional investment and its four key element&2.Through analyzing the running style of some typical states, thisthesis concludes the process of the venture capital.3.Through the studying and researching of this aspect of U.S. and Taiwan .The thesis discusses we should use the advanced experience of them for reference.4.After researching all of the above, the thesis analyzes the necessity, possibility, problems and the present situation of the development of our venture capital, and then put forward some proposals on our country.Postgraduate:Liu PingSupervisor:Prof. Li YouhuaMajor:Agricultural Economic Management更多还原
