德美肉羊和蒙古羊种间抗病性的研究——种间抗病性与哂、锌、铜含量及主要抗氧化酶活性关系研究

【摘要】 本研究采用可见光分光光度法、荧光分光光度法和原子吸收分光光度法对 54只德美肉羊和蒙古羊的 108份血清和被毛样品进行了微量元素硒、锌、铜含量测定,另外还测定了实验羊血清样品中抗氧化酶谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性。 测定结果表明,德美肉羊和蒙古羊血清和被毛硒含量极显著低于蒙古羊(P<0.01);德美肉羊血清和被毛锌、铜含量低于蒙古羊,其中血清和被毛锌含量种间差异均显著瞩(P<0.05),血清铜含量种间差异显著(P<0.05),被毛铜含量种间差异极显著(p<0.01);德美肉羊血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著低于蒙古羊(P<0.05)。 本实验证明了在同等饲养管理条件下,德美肉羊和蒙古羊在血清、被毛硒、锌、铜含量以及血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性存在的显著或极显著差异,可能是德美肉羊抗病能力低于蒙古羊的原因之一。
【Abstract】 One hundred and eight serum samples and wool samples from fifty four German mutton merino and Mongolian sheeps were collected.The contents selenium, zinc and copper in above samples were determined with the methods qf spectrophotofluorometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. The activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum were also measured with visible spectrum spectrophotometry.The results showed as follows. The levels of the selenium in serum and wool in German mutton merino were significantly lower than those in Mongolian sheep(P<0.01).The contents of zinc and copper in serum and wool in German mutton merino were lower than those in Mongolian sheep(P<0.05),and the level of copper in serum in German mutton merino was greatly lower than that in Mongolian sheep(P<0.05),the content of copper in wool in German mutton merino was significantly lower than that in Mongolian sheep(P<0.0l).The activities of GSH-Px and SOD in serum in German mutton merino were markedly lower than those in Mongolian sheep(P<0.05).This experiment proved that the lower or significantly lower of selenium, zinc, copper and the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in German mutton merino than in Mongolian sheep,both under the same conditions, may make one of the reasons why German mutton merino had a lower resistivity than Mongolian sheep.
