高脂饮食对大鼠膝退行性骨关节病影响实验研究

【摘要】 目的：探讨高脂饮食对实验性退行性骨关节病的影响及部分机理。方法：取健康SD雌性大白鼠40只，采用伸直位制动制作实验性DOA模型，喂以高脂饲料，以观察对关节软骨的影响。主要研究体重、血脂、雌二醇(E2)、血液流变学变化，光镜观察软骨结构改变。结果：除E2、HDL-C降低外，高脂饮食组所有上述指标均明显高于对照组，关节软骨破坏也较重。结论：高脂饮食有诱发和加重关节软骨退变作用，可能参与了DOA的发生、发展。综合实验结果及文献报道，推测高脂饮食参与关节软骨退变的可能途径为：(1)促进局部微循环障碍；(2)恶化全身内分泌紊乱；(3)破坏关节应力生理平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objektire:To investigate the damaging effect and mechanism of eating adipose food on degenerative osteoarthritis (DOA) in rats. Methods: The DOA models were made by fixing knee joints on extension position. Giving adipose food to observe the damaging effect on articular cartilage and measure the change of hemorrheolgy, blood-lipid,E2. Pathologic listology were used as evaluated means. Results:E2,HDL-C going down, all the others go upper than controls with the even damaging of articular cartilage.
