疏肝理气和血中药防治经前期综合症的研究——对实验鼠高雌激素水平的干预

【摘要】 目的：探讨用外源性雌激素造成高雌激素水平的经前期综合征动物模型及中药疏肝理气和血对模型的影响。方。方法：选择1．5～2月龄雌性小鼠为预实验动物，设立空白组，造模Ⅰ.Ⅱ组；选择3～4月龄雌性大鼠为正式实验动物，设立空白组、模型组、安宫黄体酮阳性药组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组、中药预防组。观察外源性雌激素（己烯雌酚）持续刺激对实验鼠的阴道上皮脱落细胞角化指数、部分组织形态学及生殖内分泌激素和下丘脑β-内啡肽含量的影响，以及中药对这些影响的干预作用。结果：外源性雌激素可造成实验鼠持续高阴道角化指数、子宫卵巢指数升高，大鼠血清巳有升高趋势，PRL升高，血清P呈现降低趋势，并使下丘脑β－内啡肽含量有增加趋势以及使子宫、乳腺、大肠有组织水肿趋势；“疏肝理气和血”中药可以降低阴道角化细胞指数，血清E₂有降低趋势，有增加血清P趋势，且可使下丘脑β－内啡肽含量呈下降趋势，改善子宫、乳腺、大肠等组织水肿情况。结论：用外源性雌激素造模可从一个侧面反映PMS的病因病理，而疏肝理气和血中药对持续雌激素刺激有干预作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ORJECTIVE: To induce a kind of possible rat model of PMS with Diethylstilbestrol and study the effects on PMS rat model of Chinese medicine by course the liver and rectity qi and harmonize the blood. METHODS: Young animal models of 1.5-2 months old female small rat were made first and divided into groups with placebo model I . model II respectively; Second, young animal model of 3-4 month old female rat were made and divided into groups with placebo . model treatment of Chinese medicine of high dosage and low dosage and preventing respectively . Vaginal keratinized cell index, uterusvaries index were measured and serum E2. P PRL hypothalamic P OP were test. RESULTS: persist external estrogen can cause rats’internal high estrogen and increase vaginal keratinized cell index, uterusvaries index serum B2 .. PRL; cut down P ; also increase hypothalamic POP and make uterus .. mammary gland large intestin edema; while Chinese medicine can decrease vaginal keratinized cell index .. uterusvaries index and serum B2 hypothalamic POP, promote serum improve edema through course the liver and rectity qi and harmonize?the bloOd. Conclusion: The rats’model which made by eternal estrogen accord with PMS theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine partly; Chinese medicine can improve symptom of PMS.更多还原
