新铁炮百合种球形成机理与繁育技术的研究

【摘要】 新铁炮百合(Lilium formolongi)是台湾百合(Lilium formosanum)与麝香百合(Lilium longiflorum)的人工合成种间杂种,是近年国内外新兴的花卉。本试验通过在大田和实 验室两个场地,研究种球的成球机理及繁育技术;采用数量分析的方法,系统的研究了 影响百合种球形成的外部因素,探讨了种球发育的规律,对主要性状进行了相关性分析, 研讨了摘顶技术对新铁炮百合鳞茎发育的影响;研究了百合不同生育期几个生理生化性 状变化,并探讨了生理生化变化与种球发育的相关性;通过解剖学观察,研究了小球组 织发育发生过程。获得如下主要研究结果: (1)不同环境条件和技术处理对扦插鳞片成球、生根有显著影响。冷藏处理、激素处 理、不同基质等因素及其互作效应都能对成球、生根数产生显著或极显著差异,不同基 因型也对成球、生根数产生显著影响。 (2)百合生长发育动态变化的分析结果表明,百合的生育期可根据鳞茎的生长发育进 程划分为新鳞茎形成期、新鳞茎缓慢增长期、新鳞茎迅速增长期、鳞茎膨大转缓期和鳞 茎膨大充实期五个时期。 (3)相关分析结果表明,地上部分性状之间、地下部分性状之间以及地上与地下部分 性状间均存在显著或极显著相关。通过地上部分性状与鳞茎等性状之间的相关性,调节 地上部分的生长发育能促进种球发育。 (4)摘顶是百合种球繁育中重要的环节,摘顶后可使地上部制造的营养物质集中供给 地下鳞茎的生长,促进鳞茎发育膨大。试验结果表明,不同时期摘顶对地下鳞茎的膨大 产生显著影响,摘顶不宜过早或过迟,以植株开始现蕾时摘顶效果最佳。 (5)不同生育期茎叶和鳞茎的生理生化变化与植株外部形态变化紧密相关,研究结果 揭示了百合生长发育过程中可溶性糖、淀粉等含量以及酶活性的变化规律。 (6)本研究从解剖学水平研究百合鳞片在有无激素处理两种情况初生鳞茎的组织发生 规律,目前国内外此类研究鲜有。研究结果表明有无激素处理对初生鳞茎形成时间过程 差异大,同一处理初生鳞茎形成过程可分为启动期、生长锥形成期、叶原基及新鳞片形 成期、初生鳞茎形成期四个不同时期。

【Abstract】 Lilium formolongi was an interspecific hybridization between LiliumLongiflorum and Lilium Formosanum. It is a special and new lily cultivar forcut-flower in China. Bulb formation mechanism and its breeding technology werestudied in present paper. Some factors affecting lily bulb formation weresystematically studied. The growth law of commercial bulb, the correlationcoefficients of main traits, changes of physiology & biochemistry were studied byquatity analysis. The effects of topping technique on bulb growth was alsodiscussed. The initial and develop process of bulbous was studied by anatomyapproach. The results could be summarized as following.(1) The effects of some environmental factors were greatly different on thenumber of bulbous and roots were in scale cutting. The factors included coldstorage, hormone treatment, matrix. The main effects and their interactiveeffects were significant and very significaflt. The effects of genotype weresignificat too.(2) The results showed that growth stages of Lilium formolongi could bedivided properly five stages according to bulbous groWth.(3) There were significant and very significant correlation among bulb traitsand among stem and leave traits and between the two kinds traits. So it waspossible to control the growth of stem and leave to promote the bulb growthtechnically.’ (4) Topping was an importan technique in lily bulb production. The resultsshowed that topping in different period made significam infiuence to bulb growth.When fiower buds had aPpeared was the best time for topping.(5) Physiological & biochemical changes of stem-leaves and bulbs indifferent groWth stage had close relationship with exterior characteristics. Theresearch results revealed change laws of sugap starch coniellt and enzymeactivation.(6) The effects of hormone treatment of scale on bulbous formation were studied in thepaper by anatomy technique. ResultS showed that bulbous formation time differed greatly byhormone treatment or not. The bulbous formation cound be divided into 4 different period.
