【摘要】 跨国公司是根据各种法律制度成立的多个公司的聚集，组成跨国公司的众多内部实体，均不同程度地受到母公司的集中控制和统一调配。跨国公司母公司对子公司的控制，一方面可能会给东道国经济带来不利影响，东道国必须通过相关法律手段进行规制；一方面，可能会给子公司的债权人造成损害，而由于母子公司主体地位的独立性，难以追究母公司的责任，从而给债权人带来不公平。因此，我国在吸引跨国公司投资的过程中如何从上述两个方面对跨国公司对其子公司的控制予以管制，正是撰写本文的意旨所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transnational Corporation is a conglomerate of a few corporations, which were found according to all kinds of legal systems. Its internal subsidiaries is under the centralized control and unified assignment of the parent company to some extent .For one thing, the control may bring the economy of the host country some bad influence, and the host country must regulate it by legal means; for another, creditors of the subsidiaries may be damaged for he can’t ascertain the responsibility of the parent company because of the independence of subject status of the parent company and its subsidiaries.更多还原
