用于研究聚合物在剪切场下相结构的激光分析系统

【摘要】 本文详细介绍了用于研究高分子聚合物共混体系在剪切场中相结构的激光散射分析系统。该系统由激光光学系统、样品台、加热控温装置和显示处理系统组成。 本装置基于弹性光散射理论,以单模输出的He-Ne激光器作为光源,通过偏振光转换装置,可分别获得两偏振方向正交的线偏振光,以满足不同分析的需要。用一蜗轮蜗杆传动装置带动样品的压玻片转动,实现对样品施加剪切力,同时采用程序控温仪控制加热台对样品的加热温度,使样品处于一定的剪切和温度场中。采用高分辨的CCD摄象机接收光散射信号,其输出视频信号经A/D转换进入计算机,进行显示、处理。开发了一套集数据采集、图像显示、分析处理于一体的软件体系,随着样品温度的升高,可实时监控散射图样的变化,记录每一变化的散射图样,在进行数据采集和分析之后,作出不同的散射光强与散射矢量的关系曲线(I-p曲线),然后分析得出散射光强与温度的关系曲线,找到光强突变点的温度,即为发生相分离的温度,这时聚合物的性能为最佳。

【Abstract】 A Laser Scattering system for analyzing the phase structure of polymer blends under shearing*Major: Measure Technique and Instrument Postgraduate: Qiu yuSupervisor: Zhou zhaofeiA laser scattering system for studying the phase structure of polymer blends under shearing is particularly described in this paper, which includes optical system, sample stage, temperature controlling device, the display and analysis system.Based on the elastic light scattering principle, the system is designed: the light source is a He-Ne laser with single module. To control the polarization device two linear polarized lights with perpendicular polarized direction can be caused to meet the need of the different measurement. In order to make sample under shearing flow worm gearing is used to turn the slide. In addition, a temperature controller is used to adjust the temperature of heated sample. This can make sample under the shearing and temperature field. A CCD camera with high resolution is used to detect the light scattering signal, through A/D transducer, the output signal is imported into computer for displaying and disposing. A software system for processing the data collection, scattering pattern display and analysis is developed to study the phase structure of polymer blends, which can timely record and keep watch on the changing pattern while the sample’s temperature rise up. After data collection and analysis the relative curve of scattering intensity and vector (I-q curve) % scattering intensity and temperature(I-t curve) are drawn. Then find the temperature of mutative intensity, which is the separate temperature of phase structure. At this time the performance of polymer blends is the best.
