【摘要】 在电力市场厂网分开条件下，状态检修可以大大提高机组可用率，延长检修周期，减少维修费用，符合我国电力行业“竞价上网，压缩成本”的原则，已被电力企业所广泛关注。 本论文采用可靠性数理统计方法，在对天津市电力公司军粮城电厂详实的现场调研基础上，通过综合分析统计数据，研究故障机理，对设备状态做出评估，确立发电厂机、炉、电三个子系统的状态检修数学模型，并开发了功能比较完备的计算机专家系统软件对其状态变化规律和趋势作出模拟和预测，软件能够自动录入数据，而且运行软件可以自动生成对设备管理、维修管理和备件管理的建议，据此优化选择状态监测对象和监测装置，作出方案的成本/效益分析，并对设备检修计划和检修方式提出改革建议，以期使企业在电力市场条件下获得最佳的投资效益，在竞争中处于优势地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the condition of power market and the separation of power network and power plant, conditional maintenance may improve the us- able rate of the generating sets, prolong the period of maintenance , at the same time reduce the cost. It measures up the principle of 揺nter the power network against competition in price and cut down the cost in Chinese electrical industry, and has gained far and wide attention by power enterprises. Applying reliability and statistic method ,on the basis of detailed in- vestigation in Junliangcheng Power Plant of Tianjin Electrical Power Corp. , in this paper statistical data is analyzed, fault mechanism is studied, the status of equipment is valued , and the mathematical model of the subsystem of steam turbo generator, boiler and electric for conditional maintenance is established, an self ?contained expert system is developed to simulate and forecast the change pattern and tendency of their condition. The software may record data and build proposals for equip- ment management, maintemance management and spare part manage- ment automatically after being run. At the end of this paper, the opti- mized object and apparatus of carrying out condition monitor is selected hereby, the cost / profit of the project is analyzed, and proposals for the reform of equipment maintenance plan and mode are propovided, so that the power enterprise may gain best yield under the condition of power marked , and be on a good wicket in the competition.
