企业技术创新主体化研究

【摘要】 本文从全社会的范围角度来提出企业应是技术创新主体的观点，进行分析论证我国企业尚未成为真正意义上的技术创新主体及其原因；在此基础上进一步探讨了企业技术创新主体化的基本模式；最后提出企业技术创新主体化的对策建议。全文分为五章：第一章 基本概念 在这一章里，从技术创新的概念界定出发，介绍技术创新主体的内涵，提出企业技术创新主体化进程的紧迫性和现实意义。第二章 主体化特征及现状 在这一章里，从统计特征、体制特征和能力特征三方面阐述我国企业尚不是技术创新主体的现状。第三章 主体错位成因分析 企业在自觉成为技术创新的主体过程中需要经过企业自身建设和外部环境适应性的双重努力，因此，有必要对影响企业技术创新的行为因素进行分析。本文第三章，从企业技术创新主体化的激励机制和其它障碍因素方面分析、探讨我国企业还不是创新主体的原因。第四章 主体模式 从我国经济体制和科技改革的目标模式出发，比较分析研究西方主要国家企业技术创新的内部型、合作型和合同型三种基本模式，对我国企业技术创新主体化的基本模式进行探讨。第五章 对策建议 在前面各章内容分析论证的基础上，提出我国企业技术创新主体化的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis, from nationwide angle, puts forward a viewpoint that the enterprise should be the principal part of technical innovation. and analyses the reasons why the enterprises in our country are still not the true principal part. On the base of the analysis, the thesis approaches the fundamental pattern of enterprise technical innovation and raises the proposal to fulfill it in the end. Five sections are included in the thesis. The First Section Basic Concept Beginning from the concept of technical innovation, the section introduces the Enterprise Principal Part of Technical Innovation connotation and advances the necessity and current si~ificance of making the enterprise principal part. The Second Section Feature of Making Enterprise Principal Part and the Present Situation The section describes the present situation that the enterprises in our country still have not acted as the principal part of technical innovation from the characteristics of statistics, social system and ability. The Third Section Analyze the Reasons of Principal Part Malposition As in the precession of becoming the principal part of technical innovation, the enterprises should make efforts to stress its own construction and to adapt the exteiml environment, it is necessary to analyze the factors which influence the enterprise technical innovation. The third section of the thesis discusses the reasons that cause the enterprises haven’s acted as the principal part by analyzing some barriers that includes inspiration system. The Fourth Section Pattern of the Principal Part Stalling from the target pattern of the revolution in economic system andtechnology, the section comPares analyzes and studies the three basicpattCrns of the enierprise technical innovation in main westem countries,these are iniWl pattW, cooperative pattem and conded pattem.
