藻类处理含铜废水的应用研究

【摘要】 本文主要对单细胞藻类处理含铜废水进行了初步应用基础研究。 ■结果表明用水生4号培养基培养的蛋白核小球藻的生长最快, 月形藻次之,斜生栅藻较慢,铜绿微囊藻最慢。 ■采用有毒化学品对藻类毒性测试的标准实验方法得到铜抑制上 述3种藻类生长的毒性从大到小的顺序是斜生栅藻>蛋白核小球 藻>月形藻。 ■分别通过蛋白核小球藻、斜生栅藻和月形藻对铜进行为期6天 的吸附实验,发现蛋白核小球藻对铜有最大的吸附能力,实验 第一天最高吸附量为2.36μg/mg,藻类对铜的吸附能力由大到 小的顺序为蛋白核小球藻>斜生栅藻>月形藻。 ■在蛋白核小球藻对铜的短期吸附实验中发现蛋白核小球藻对铜 吸附符合Freunlich公式;其吸附过程受到PH值的影响,在PH 值在从4到7的范围内时,随着PH值的升高,蛋白核小球藻吸 附铜的能力加强;蛋白核小球藻吸附铜时,铜离子的最高浓度 为500mg/L为宜。 ■利用三氯化铁作为混凝剂对蛋白核小球藻进行混凝分离,最佳 投药量为0.02~0.05mg/L左右,而且不影响蛋白核小球藻对铜的 吸附过程。

【Abstract】 Primary applied study on treatment of wastewater containing copper by single cell alga is mainly carried out in this article. ?The result indicates that in the culture medium of the aquatic No.4 the order of the growing rate of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,Scendesmus obliquus,Closteridium lunula and Micro cytis aeruginosa is Chlorella pyrenoidosa>Closteridium lunu?a>Scendesmus obliquus>Microcytis aeruginosa. ?By the standard method of the toxicity test of toxic chemical to alga, the toxicity order of copper to the three alga is obtained, which is Scendesmus obliquus> Chlorella pyrenoidosa> Closteridium lunula. ?By the experiment that Chlorella pyrenoidosa, Scendesmus obliquus, Closteridium lunula absorb copper, which lasts six days, it is found that the ability of Chlorella pyrenoidosa absorbing copper is the strongest, and the absorbing quantity in the first day is 2.36glmg, and the order of the ability of alga absorbing copper is Chlorella pyrenoidosa > Scendesmus obliquus > Closteridium lunula. ?During the experiment of Chlorella pyrenoidosa absorbing copper in short time, it is found that the absorbing course accords with the formula of Freunlich; when the PH is in the range of 4?, the ability of Chlorella pyrenoidosa absorbing copper becomes strong with the PH becomes high; and when Chlorla pyrenoidosa absorbs copper, the concentration of the ion of copper should not be higher than 500mgIl. ?FeC!3 can be used as flocculating agent to separate Chlorella pyrenoidosa from water, the best using quantity of FeCl3 is O.02~.O5mg/lor so, and the use of FeC13 will not affect the course of Chlorella pyrenoidosa absorbing copper.
