高校产业管理模式研究

【摘要】 作者结合工作实际和大连理工大学的产业现状，运用所学管理知识对校办产业进行了深入分析，明确了我校校办产业的优势和劣势、困难和机遇，说明抓住机遇，发挥优势要转变意识，建立现代企业制度。通过对多所高校产业的对比研究，指出高校产业的优势在于技术和人才优势，校办产业发展的根本之路在于建立产学研一体化的现代企业管理模式。对建立现代企业制度进行了深入探讨，并建立了校办产业管理运作的基本模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author combines his practice of work and the actuality of school industry of Dalian University of Technology. He analyses the school industry deeply with using the knowledge of management successfully. He explicates clearly the advantage and disadvantage,difficulty and opportunity of school industry. He compares school industry of many universities. He points out the real developing way of school industry is to build a pattern of modern corporation management which unites industry,education,researches into one system. He probes into building modern corporation system. At last,he builds the basic applying model of school industry’s management.更多还原
