单缸135柴油机的强化燃烧的研究

【摘要】 能源和环境保护是柴油机存在和发展的两个大问题。为了改善柴油机的燃烧过程,本文通过对放热规律的研究和分析,通过改变喷油嘴和燃烧室来改进柴油机的性能。主要内容如下: 1.叙述放热规律的影响因素和柴油机的发展状况。 2.研制数据采集系统,编制放热规律软件。 3.根据试验的数据比较和分析,提出较好的放热规律曲线,为 以后的柴油机的改进指出了方向。 4.设计了HL喷嘴和缩口燃烧室,并进行了HL的喷油规律试验, 证明HL喷嘴具有较好的喷油规律。 5.在四气门单缸135非增压柴油机上进行了HL喷嘴和缩口燃 烧室的性能试验。并与原机、多孔、伞喷油嘴进行了之间的对比。 得出了HL喷嘴与缩口燃烧室相匹配能够提高柴油机的性能。HL 喷嘴能够对伞喷油嘴的缺点改善。

【Abstract】 Energy resources and environment protection are two important concerning the exiting and development of DI engine. For improving combustion progress of the Dl engine, through the studying and analyzing of the comparatively combustion characteristics, a new nozzle-I-IL nozzle and a new combustion chan3ber are put forward to improve the function of DI engine. The main points are as follows: I. The effect of comparatively combustion characteristics was described and the development of the DI engine was outlined. 2. A new data collecting system was developed. The calculating software of comparatively combustion characteristics was worked out 3. Through the comparing and analyzing the data of the perforxna.nce experiments , a better curve of comparatively combustion characteristics were put forward, it would serve to improve the function of DI engine. 4 The 1-IL nozzle and new combustion chamber were designed , through the HL ~ozzle experiment of fuel injection process, it could testify the fuel injection process of I-IL nozzle better. 5. The performance experiment of I-IL nozzle and new combustion were conducted in a four-valve, single-cylinder, 135 DI engine Through the comparison with the original DI engine, provided the theoretical foundation of 1-IL nozzle The I-IL nozzle can improve the function of sanpan nozzle
