【摘要】 目前在理论上存在着对信息产业划界不清的问题，因此从技术性质的角度探讨了信息产业的结构划分理论，并将信息产业划分为：信息载体与设备的工业制造、信息的制作与传输服务、知识信息的研究与开发三个方面。虽然我国信息产业的发展显示出持续高增长的态势和一些新趋势，但还存在一定的问题和困难。因此，需要探求适合我国国情的信息产业发展结构和重点领域，同时探讨从技术创新、管理创新和政策创新的角度完善我国信息产业创新体制的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of Information Technical industry demarcating in the nature of technology has been discussed, aiming for the problem which the boundary line of IT industry is not clear on the theory. The IT industry is demarcated and it includes: the industry producing of information carriers and equipment, the fabrication of information and transmitting service, the research and development of knowledge information. Although the IT industry in our country appears continuous high growth statements and some new tendencies, yet there are still some problems and difficulties existing. Thereby it is necessary to seek the structure of IT industry and its emphasis domains which is suitable for our country, and discuss how to improve the IT industry innovation system of our country on the point of technology innovation, management innovation and policy innovation.更多还原
