【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来，经济已不再是传统意义上的纯粹的经济学概念，它已同知识密切联系在一起，而且知识在其中发挥的作用越来越显著，越来越不可缺少。只有将政府置于国家知识经济体系中来研究其作用才具有现实的指导意义。本文根据对国家知识经济体系的简要分析，将政府在这个体系中的角色定位在政策的制定者、主体的协调者、环境的营造者、信息的提供者及产品的采购者五个方面，并借鉴美国政府经验，对政府在国家知识经济体系中的几个重要方面——国家信息基础设施建设、风险投资、知识产权、税收、教育中如何发挥作用，提出了一些建设性措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the knowledge economy抯 coming , the economy isn抰 the traditional economics concept, it has tied up ~vith the knowledge closely, and the role of the knowledge is more and more prominent.
