【摘要】 随着市场经济体制的不断完善和消费观念的日益成熟，提高产品质量、提高经济效益已成为我国经济发展中的一个战略问题引起全社会的普遍关注。21世纪是质量的世纪，伴随着质量竞争的加剧及质量体系认证工作的贯彻实施，势必加快质量经济效益领域的研究进程。 本文首先研究了质量经济效益的基础理论，介绍了质量经济效益的概念、构成及主要研究内容，综述了质量经济效益的国内外研究现状，对质量经济效益的四种主要理论进行了详细分析，指出了各种理论的优势和存在的不足，为这些理论在质量管理中的应用带来了方便。 然后，本文重点研究了质量经济效益的综合评价问题，建立了能够有效地反映企业质量经济效益状况的评价指标体系，对质量经济效益进行了综合定量测度，构造了一个定量评价质量经济效益的数学模型—二级模糊综合评判模型，以实地调研的某机械工业企业为例作了实证分析，从而验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。 最后，本文把计算机技术和经济管理相结合，开发了质量经济效益计算机评价系统，运用目前比较流行的数据库开发工具Power Builder，实现了质量经济效益评价工作的自动化、高效化和准确化。该软件界面友好，功能全面，满足质量经济效益评价工作的要求，对企业质量经济效益评价工作的开展和推广有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been a strategic problem concerned nationally to upgrade the quality of product and to promote benefit in the economic development of our country along with market economy system continuously perfected and consumptive concept increasingly matured. The 21st century is a century of quality. With the increasing competition of quality and practicing of quality system certification, the research in the field of quality benefit is inevitably need to be speeded up. Firstly, this essay studies the basic theories of quality benefit. It introduces the conception, formation and research contents of quality benefit, summarizes the existing research in both the domestic and foreign country, analyzes particularly four main theories of quality benefit and eventually points out the advantages and disadvantages of each theory. Therefore, it brings the convenience for the practice of these theories in quality management. Afterwards, this essay concentrates on the research of comprehensive evaluation of quality benefit. It establishes the evaluation index system that can effectively indicate the conditions of quality benefit, measures the quality benefit comprehensively and quantitatively and builds up a mathematical model ?two layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which can quantitatively evaluate quality benefit. And the feasibility and effectiveness of this model is proved fully by a positive analysis. Lastly, combining the computer technology with the economic management theories, this essay develops a computer evaluation system of quality benefit by use of Power Builder that is a popular tool in the database development that realizes the automation, effectiveness and preciseness of the procedures of evaluating quality benefit. The software has a friendly interface and overall functions that meet the demand of quality benefit evaluation.
