绵羊冷冻精液稀释液及解冻液的研究

【摘要】 本试验用正交设计对绵羊冷冻精液稀释液和解冻液进行了研究。对稀释液的研究结果指出,4号稀释液是一种较理想的稀释液组合。稀释液内所添加的山梨醇、氯前列烯醇、复合维生素B中,复合维生素B可以明显地提高绵羊冻精的解冻后活率,并有效地降低谷草转氨酶释放量和畸形率。 解冻液的研究结果指出4、6、7号解冻液的效果相对较好。在解冻液内添加的几种物质中,每种物质对于精子的各项评定指标的影响程度是不同的,四种物质相对比较,对活率影响较大的是抗坏血酸和复合维生素B,对畸形率和谷草转氨酶释放量影响较大的均是谷胱甘肽和亚硒酸钠维生素E,复合维生素B仍然是一种较适宜的添加物,亚硒酸钠在解冻液中添加时会对精子解冻后的形态结构产生不利的影响。
【Abstract】 This study was designed to compare the effects of different kinds additives in dilutions and thawing solutions during the cryopreservation of ram spermatozoa in December 1999. The results showed that (1) the post-thawed motility was significantly better in N24 dilution than others (P<O.O 1), and glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) was also deduced as well as abnormal spermatozoa. The complemental effect of compound vitamin B was best in four complements (compound vitamin B, sodium selenite and vitamin E injection, chloro-prostaglandin and sorbitol). (ii) the effects of N24, NQ6 and N27 was better than others. The affects on post-thawed spermatozoa quality varied with the different kinds of additives. Still, compound vitamin B was best in three kinds of complements. (iii) The results of the study suggested that Compound Vitamin B may be useful in spermatozoa cryopreservation of ram.
