津冀区域联合系统分析及对策研究

【摘要】 在河北省科委软科学基金的资助下，本论文选择了“津冀区位优势互补及合作模式研究”这一贴近实际的课题。 津冀区域有着特殊的经济关系，又存在着巨大的发展潜能，如何从省市经济整体协调发展的高度把握总体战略，既是一个省市十分关注的问题，又是一个颇具理论意义的重要课题。 本论文采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法系统分析了津冀区域经济的合作。本文是在查阅了大量国内外有关资料的基础上，运用管理学、经济学、系统科学、模糊数学等理论与知识而完成的。在总结前人研究成果的基础上，对区域经济发展的国内外研究现状进行了综述，提出了研究思路。通过分析津冀经济现状、经济联系，以及合作的可能性和必要性，比较了津冀经济水平，并运用耗散结构和博弈理论对津冀区域联合问题进行了理论分析，从而进一步阐明津冀合作的必然性；最后运用经济学及模糊数学的有关知识建立了津冀区域联合的技术转移模型，分析了津冀合作障碍，总结了合作经验，提出了合作对策与建议，进而为有关领导决策提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the support of the Soft Science of Hebei Province, this paper selected the subject 揝tudy on local dominant position mutual supplementary and co-operation model of Tianjin and Hebei Province?, which has practical value. The area of Jin-Ji has special economic relation and huge development potential. How to keep the general strategy thought under control from the view of coordinate development of the province and city抯 economic development is both a problem that province and city are paying much attention to and seeking hard for, also an important subject with much theory significance. Using qualitative and quantitative analysis method, this paper had studied the cooperation between Tianjin and Hebei Province. It has achieved on the base of looking up much data home and abroad,by exponentiation and application of management, economics, systems, fuzzy mathematics, etc. Summarizing the achievements of the people before, it put forth the method. By analyzing the economic situation, economic relation, and the probability and necessity, it has compared the economic level of Jin-Ji. Also, it adopted the dissipative structure and game theory to state the inevitable tendency of the cooperation. Then it has established the technology transfer model using fuzzy mathematics and utility function theory. At last, it analyzed the cooperation barrel and experiences; in the meanwhile, it brought forth the suggestions that to supply the references for the leaders and decision-makers.更多还原
