【摘要】 本文由案例和案例分析两个部分组成。案例部分详实地记叙了1992年至1999年德化皮化在中国市场的重要活动及其结果，将重点放在德化皮化在上海的直接投资上。同时也记叙了期间中国政治、经济环境的变迁，中国制革工业和皮革化工市场的变化和发展。基于案例提供的资料和数据，作者在案例分析部分应用投资、营销和战略管理的理论以及图表分析方法分析了德化皮化在中国的战略以及在中国投资的动因，讨论了投资风险和应该注意的问题。通过对德化皮化在中国的营运分析，指出其成功和不足，并为德化皮化进一步调整在中国的投资以实现其在中国的战略提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis consists of Case and Case Study. The case describes in details the major activities of Dehua Leather Chemicals Co. Ltd. in China from 1992 to 1999 focusing on Shanghai Dehua Chemicals Co. Ltd. ( a direct investment of Dehua in China). It also notes down the change of political and economic environment, the development of leather industry and the leather chemical market in China in the same period. Based on the information and figures provided in the case and applying the investment, marketing and strategy theories and statistical analysis method, the author analyses the strategy and the investment motive of Dehua in China in the case study. The author also discusses the risk and some problem areas of the investment. In investigating the operation of Dehua in China, the author points out the success and failure of Dehua in China and gives proposals on how to adjust the investment to fulfil its strategy in China.更多还原
