热释酸交联型CTP版材的研究

【摘要】 论文在已有研究工作的基础上,制备了一种热产酸交联型CTP(Computer-to-Plate)版材。该版材的版基为经电解和阳极氧化处理的铝版基;感光层主要包括红外吸收染料、可溶性酚醛树脂、酚醛清漆树脂及碘鎓盐四种成份。 合成了一种红外吸收染料。在实验中用其代换先前所用的染料,结果表明,这种染料对提高版材性能起了关键作用。 对影响版材性能的各种因素做了深入研究。结果表明,配方中各组份的用量、铝版基的质量、涂版和曝光工艺,都会对版材性能产生一定的影响。制备的版材性能上有了明显提高,一些性能己接近国外商品化版材的水平。 用电子显微镜对版材进行了分析研究,对版材的部分性能质量,通过实验和计算,得出了较为客观的结论。

【Abstract】 Based on the studies in our lab, a kind of CTP plate in which the support material, aluminum, is grained and anodized and the imaging layer comprise a resole resin, a novolac resin, a latent Bronsted acid and an infrared absorber has been prepared. A dye,an infrared absorber which can greatly improve the capability of the plate,was synthesized. Most of the factors which affect the capability of the plate were investigated and the results indicate that the dosage of each ingredient and the protocol I to prepare the plate can affect its properties. The sructure of plate has been examined with electronic microscope. Many parameters of the prepared plate nearly reach the level of commercial plate.
