旋转式三维物体测量系统及重构方法的研究

【摘要】 物体的三维轮廓包含着物体的形状信息,三维轮廓测量是人们掌握物体表面形状的一种手段。在敏捷制造过程中,反求原始另件表面的三维坐标是十分重要的。 本文依据计算机视觉的理论,采用结构光法,利用Windows开发平台和VisualC++6.0的MFC,开发了一套三维形状测量系统。该自动测量系统包括:硬件的自动控制,图象的自动采集、裁剪和细化;并对物体三维重构方法进行探索和研究,借助OpenGL实现了物体的三维测量数据的可视化。整套系统结构简单,处理计算简捷,测量速度快,界面友好,容易操作,成本低廉,应用范围广泛,为实现快速“测量——加工”奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The sizes of 3-D object contour are important in the fast manufacturing. How to get the contour size and the surface shape information of object has become a difficult problem in the inverse engineering. In order to resolve it, a measuring and reconstructing system based on the computer vision theory is developed. The measurement is used by structure light method with a rotating table. Programs made by Visual C++ 6.0 under Windows 98 use for all processes on measurement and reconstruction. The data measured by the system can not only give 3-D coordinates but also realize 3-D visualization of data reconstructed by OpenGL. The system is simple in the structure and operation. Its cost is low and with friendly interface to the user.
