【摘要】 我国是农业大国，农业是百业之母，也是国民经济的基础，农业的持续发展是整个国民经济可持续发展的基础。在我国占全国总人口70％的农民是农业生产的主体，2.3亿农户是主要的农业生产组织，农户在农业生产、资源与环境的协调中起着不可忽视的作用。农户经济行为是否优化，决定着目前农业持续发展可操作性的高低。本文在此认识基础上，采取定性、定量、图表式分析等方法，充分分析农户的生产行为、技术选择行为、消费行为、投资行为、组织经营方式选择行为等不同经济行为对农业可持续发展的影响，并试图采取对策措施，引导与优化农户的经济行为，促进农业可持续发展，实施农业可持续发展战略。 全文分四部分： 第一部分主要论述了农业可持续发展的基本理论，分析了宏观调控主体（政府）与微观主体（农户）对农业持续发展的调控与决定作用。 第二部分分析了农户经济行为的概念、特征、种类、作用及其系统图。 第三部分分析了农户目标与农业可持续发展目标及二者间的对立统一关系。 第四部分具体分析了农户的五种不同经济行为对农业可持续发展的影响。要实现农业持续发展就要引导与优化农户经济行为，作为全文的重点部分，从提高农民素质，加强农村市场法制建设，优化农户经济行为选择目标，加快建立和培育农业技术市场，走农业产业化等方面提出了相应的对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a large agriculture country.Agriculture is the base of national economy. The relation of agricultural sustainable development (ASD) is the base and one of the most important contents of the whole country sustainable development. Farmers who occupy 70 percent of the whole population are the agricultural production main body. 230 million householders are the main agricultural production organization. The house- holders play a very important role in the balance of agricultural production, resources and enviroment.Whether the householders?economic behaviour (HEB) is good or not directly affects the ASD in China. So the paperanalyses the impact of householder抯 production behaviour, consumption behaviour, investment behaviour, behaviour of choosing technology and that of choosing way on ASD And studies the changing pat- terns of HEB and its effects on ASD, then I posed the measures about guiding and bet- tering HEB in order to promote the ASD. This paper contains four parts: The first part mainly expounds the general principles about ASD. Analysing the Householder?and Government play very important role. The second part analyses the feature. the conceiption characteristics of HEB and also sets the operating modle frame aoout iD. The third part analyses the relation between householders objective and the ASD. The fourth part is the main point of the paper. It analyses the five impact of HEB. The paper puts forward some corresponding measurements in order to enhance farmers? quality, strengthen the law construction in the country, make the target of household economic behavior better, built and nurture agricultural technolgy market and develop agricultural industrialization. HEB should be guided and bettered in order to fufill the ASD in China. It also provides some measures according to the above analysis.
