我国企业筹资初探

【摘要】 筹资是企业财务工作的一项重要内容，在当前中国经济快速发展的形势下，企业对资金的需求旺盛，而目前的筹资环境则并不乐观，因而中国企业的资金缺乏问题显得十分突出。资金需求与资金相对短缺的矛盾使得我国企业在进行筹资决策时存在以下问题：忽视经济效益，不计成本，筹资手段单一，缺乏对筹资环境和筹资方式的分析，筹集到的资金难以有效地发挥作用。有的企业依靠欺骗手段筹得资金以后，失掉投资者的信任，从而形成筹资循环障碍。然而随着我国经济发展环境的改善，筹资市场逐渐成熟，企业就非常有必要研究筹资理论，以为企业发展及时注入资金血液，取得更好的经济效益。 本文在借鉴国内外有关筹资理论的基础上，结合我国的现实情况分析了我国企业面临的筹资环境、各种筹资方式的优缺点、筹资成本与风险的关系等等，指导不同类型的企业选择合适的筹资方式及筹资组合，提出企业的筹资行为应当以追求效益为最终目的，遵循筹资原则，详尽了解各种筹资渠道和筹资方式，采用定量分析和定性分析方法做出最佳决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fund raising is a major component of financial work in an enterprise. Under the present situation of fast developing economy in China, capital is badly needed by enterprises. But the environment for fund raising is not very optimistic, so the problem of lacking funds for enterprises in China is very striking. The following problems exist for the enterprises in China to make decision on fund raising issues due to contradiction between capital demands and relative insufficiency of capital. For example, economic benefits are sometimes overlooked. Cost is not properly considered. Means of fund raising are not flexible. The analysis on fund raising environment and ways of fund raising are not properly made. The raised funds can not be used effectively. Some enterprises raised funds through fraudulent act, and then lost trust by investors, resulting in obstacle in fund raising cycle. With improvement of the environment of economic development in our country, our fund raising market is gradually becoming mature, so it is necessary for our enterprises to study theory of fund raising to inject blood of capital in time for development of enterprises and for better economic benefits. This paper gives out analysis on fund raising environment of our enterprises, advantages and weakness of different ways of fund raising, and relations between fund raising cost and its risks on basis of related fund raising theory both at home and abroad and in connection with the present practical situation, to assist the enterprises of different types to choose suitable ways or combination of ways for fund raising. The paper points out that the ultimate purpose of fund raising for an enterprise is to pursue greater profit. Following the principles for fund raising, the paper describes in detail different channels and ways of fund raising. The optimum decision can be made by quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.更多还原
