印刷机的润滑及定量集中润滑系统的实验与应用研究

【摘要】 目前,国内的印刷机大多采用雨淋式润滑装置,该装置难以防止漏油,浪 费大,污染生产环境,不利于使用改善润滑性能的添加剂。如果采用定量集中 润滑系统将解决这些问题,同时有利于改善润滑性能,延长机器使用寿命。但 国内使用该产品的技术还不成熟,为此,浙江省象山久源润滑件厂委托我们课 题组进行有关理论分析和实验研究,为推广使用该产品提供技术支持。 笔者具体进行的工作,归纳总结为以下方面: 1.以印刷机的关键润滑部件──滚筒齿轮和滚筒轴承为例,从理论上分析 了印刷机的摩擦与润滑特点; 2.分析了润滑油、添加剂和润滑装置对印刷机的润滑效果的影响; 3.模拟印刷机滚筒的工作,实验测定了定量集中润滑系统的可靠性,并以 温升的大小为指标,测定了载荷、速度、温度、轴承结构、添加剂、润滑油粘 度和油量等因素对润滑效果的影响;   4.根据实验结果,为印刷机生产和使用厂家使用该产品提供了技术指导。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, rain falling lubrication devices are adopted in most of domesticprinting presses. This kind of lubrication device leaks badly, wastes a lot, pollutcsthe environment, and makes something unfavorable that using additives to improvelubrication function and lengthen the press service life. Adopting the metered andcentralized lubrication systems, the above stated problems can be solved. Butpresently, the technology of using the product is not very ripe. So, entrusted byJiu Yuan Lubrication Systems Factory in XiangShan county, ZheJiang province, ourresearch group provide technology support for spreading the use of this kind ofproduct through theory analyses and experiment researches.By the writer of this paper, the following jobs have been done:1. Taking the key lubricated components in a printing press─cylinder gears andbearings─as an example, analyze the friction and lubrication characteristics;2. Analyze how the lubrication effect, in a printing press, is affected bylubricants, additives and lubrication devices;3. Imitating the run of a press cylinder, test the reliability of the metered andcentralized lubrication system. Also based on the temperature increase amount, testall the factors, including load, velocity, temperature, the structure of bearing,additive, viscosity of lubricant and oil amount, how to affect the lubrication effectin a printing press;4. On the basis of experiment results, provide technology support for pressmanufacturers and printing plants to use the product better.
