基于NETBIOS的三坐标机测量通信软件的开发

【摘要】 三坐标测量机是集精密机械，电子，控制与计算机为一体的通用测量设备，它广泛地被应用于航空，汽车，机械，轻工等行业。它在国外应用已经相当广泛，而在国内还不普及，所以，三坐标测量机在中国拥有很大的潜在市场。随着中国加入世贸组织，企业对于质量控制的要求提高，对于三坐标测量机的需求量会越来越大。 本文通过分析控制系统的结构，提出了一种基于NetBIOS的分布式三坐标测量机的通信软件控制系统。在本文中，作者主要论述了基于NetBIOS技术的通信软件的设计方法，以及如何采用NetBIOS提供的命令来编写实现网络化两台计算机之间通信的软件，论文详细论述了实现通信的具体细节。 然后，本文还论述了控制计算机的无盘工作站实现，最后重点论述了管理计算机在Windows NT 32位操作系统下如何利用NetBIOS实现实时的通信控制，给出了实现实时通信控制的编程方法，着重论述了如何利用在扩展的NetBIOS中提供的异步事件通信句柄和Win32支持的多线程等新内容的编程，从而实现实时数据在工业控制网络中的实时传输的通信控制方式。 实现了基于NetBIOS的一种全新的应用。总之，通过将NetBIOS应用于三坐标测量机测量通信软件的开发过程中，可以极大的提高经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a kind of large geometricmeasurement equipment, which has been widely used in the field of aviation,cosmonautics, mobile, machine and light industry. It is widely used aboard, But inChina, it isn’t. So china is a potential market. More and more CMM will be requiredby Chinese industry to meet the world standard and enhance quality control levelwhen China takes part in the WTO.This paper advances a type of distribute CMM communication control systemsoftware ground on NetBIOS by analyzing the structure of control system. In thispaper, we mainly discusses the way of programming the communication softwarebased on NetBIOS and how to realizes the network communication between twocomputer, paper has discussed the detailed of how to realized the communication.Then we discuss how to realize the no_disk workstation of control computer.In the end of this paper, we discuss the management how to make use of NetBIOS toimplement real_time data communication control in Windows NT OS. It gives theprogramming method to implement real_time data communication and describes howto make use of the new content which gives the asynchronous event handle inNETBEUI protocol and supports multithread in Win32 OS, and how to implementone communication way of real_time data transmission in industry network.This idea is a way very up to NetBIOS idea.
