10Cr9MolVNbN钢奥氏体化及时效后的组织和性能研究

【摘要】 本文采用透射电镜、扫描电镜等手段研究了10Cr9Mol VNbN钢不同温度和时间奥氏体化正火后以及正火高温回火后再经580~660℃时效0~5000h的组织和性能的关系。研究发现: 国产10Cr9MolVNbN钢最佳奥氏体化温度为1040~1060℃。在1120℃超高温奥氏体化条件下仍存在NbC或Nb(C.N)残留碳化物。正火冷却后的马氏体板条中有针状M2C碳化物析出。 10Cr9MolVNbN会在580~660℃时效500~1000h后强度和韧性出现最低值。并证明这种现象是与大量粗大的M23C6沿原奥氏体晶界呈连续网状析出及M23C6聚集成树枝状和鱼骨状分布有关。580~660℃时效降低该钢的冲击韧性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the relationships of structures and properties of 10Cr9MolVNbNsteel austenization normalizing at different temperature and time and dustenizationnormalizing and high temperature tempering following aging at 580 - 660℃ for zero to5000h were studied by means of transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanningelectron microscope (SEM).The results are as follow: The optimum austenitise temperatrue of domestic manufacture 10Cr9MolVNbNsteel is 1040 l060℃ .Residual carbide such as NbC or Nb(C,N)still exist when the steelwas austenitise at super-high temperature,1120℃ .There are carbides M3Cthat like meedlesseparate out from plank martensite after normalizing.The value of strength and toughness was lowest When 10Cr9MolVNbN aging at580 660℃ for 500 1000h.ttis phenomenon was explain as too much coarse carbideM23C6 continuous separate out along austenite boundary like net and carbide M23C6 gathertogether as branches of tree or fishbone.The impact toughness of this kind of steel will bedescent when it is aged at 580 660℃.
