煤炭资源开发环境影响评价理论与方法

【摘要】 本文详细论述了煤炭资源开发对环境的影响，以及对所造成环境破坏与污染的现状进行分析，并论述煤炭开采对土地破坏的经济评价理论与方法，利用机会成本法对土地破坏损失进行定量的估算，同时论述了矿区破坏土地复垦利用技术以及土地复垦经济评价。在此基础上以元宝山露天煤矿为实例，论述了煤炭开采对土地的破坏以及水土流失问题，重点论述排土场的综合治理工程措施和环境经济效益进行了评价。最后在总体上提出了改善矿区环境的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article discusses the coal resources exPloiting impacted to theenvironment in detail, and analyses the present situation of environmentdestructi and pollution. It also talks about the economic evaluation oftheories and methods for land destructed by the coal mining, and usesopportunity cost’s methods to estimate the loss of land destructionquanificatioally. At the same time, the technology and economicevaluation of land reclamation are discussed. Based on that, theYuanbaoshan open pit mine is taken for example to dissertate theengineering measure of dumping site integrative harnessing and theenvironmental economy benefits evaluating. Finally the paper bringsforward tha countermeasure of improving the mining areas’ environmentas a whole.更多还原
