小型压实机的动态特性的研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了国内外压实机械的大概情况及发展方向,以及各种压实机械的不同压实机理,分析了各种压实机械的适用范围及其利弊,从而提出了一种新型压实机械——自行式振动压实机的设计原理和方案。对设计出的压实机械,建立了工作过程的动力学模型。选择和建立了计算机数值模拟方法,编制了求解该动力学模型的计算机程序,并对压实机进行了试验测试。由数值仿真结果与试验结果的比较,对模型进行了验证;分析了影响小型振动压实机压实效果和自行能力的各主要参数,为机器参数优化和改进提供了基础。

【Abstract】 The general situation and development of road roller at home and abroad is introduced at the beginning of this thesis, including the different pressing mechanism of various rollers. It is analyzed that the useable range of various roller and their advantages and disadvantages. From those it is reached the principle and program of a new type of pressing mechanism self-moving vibrating pressing machine. Mathematical model is set up by kinetic analysis. Meanwhile, the computer numerical simulation method has been decided. According to the principle of the simulation method, the program that solves the mathematical model has been developed. Test of the vibratoiy pressing machine has been done in the field, and verified the model by analyzing the testing results and calculation results. By numerical simulation of dynamic behavior about overall machine, some parameters that affected the compaction and proper motion have been investigated. So basement is provided for parameters optimization and improvement of machine.
