【Abstract】 Patients with diabetes mellitus are prone to anal fistula, and diabetes mellitus is also one of the high risk factors for slow wound healing after anal fistula surgery. Therefore, on the premise of controlling blood glucose, promoting the healing of anal fistula wound is the focus of treatment. A number of studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has significant advantages in treating infectious wounds and is widely used in clinical practice. Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of anal fistula and diabetes in TCM, combined with the latest pharmacological research and clinical treatment in recent years, the principle of action and application progress of external therapy of TCM were described, trying to provide richer reference for clinicians and patients.更多还原
