【摘要】 功能性消化不良（FD）是一种由胃和十二指肠功能紊乱引起的非器质性疾病，具有患病率高、易反复发作等特点，已成为一项重大公共卫生挑战。目前药物治疗FD存在一定局限性，而针灸疗法以其疗效确切、操作规范性强和安全性高等优势，在改善患者症状方面显示出潜力，但仍缺乏高质量的循证医学证据以指导临床实践。为此，本研究团队依托国家重点研发计划，成立了指南工作组，旨在系统评估FD针灸治疗的各种干预措施，制订基于证据的针灸治疗FD临床实践指南，为患者提供最优诊疗策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Functional dyspepsia(FD) is a non-organic disorder caused by gastroduodenal dysfunction, characterized by high prevalence and a tendency for recurrent episodes, which has made it a significant public health challenge. Current pharmacological treatments for FD have certain limitations, while acupuncture therapy demonstrates potential in alleviating patients’ symptoms due to its proven efficacy, standardized procedures, and favorable safety profile. However,there remains a lack of high-quality evidence-based medical evidence to inform clinical practice. Under the auspices of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, our research team established a guideline working group with the aim of systematically evaluating various acupuncture interventions for FD and developing an evidence-based clinical practice guideline for acupuncture treatment of FD, so as to establish optimal therapeutic strategies for patients.更多还原
