【摘要】 中国式养老作为与中国社会经济发展相适应的特色养老体系，已经成为学术研究和政策制定关注的焦点。在理论和政策实践的推动下，中国式养老的高质量发展表现为个体层面养老资源的公平可及、服务选择的丰富多元、社会参与机会的灵活多样，宏观层面层次多元的业态发展、代际共融的社会环境和全面赋能的科学技术为其提供外部支持。然而，当前中国式养老的现实发展与理想目标之间仍存在显著差距，面临着内生动力不足、协同发展水平有限及关键关系失衡等挑战。为此，需通过多元路径突破发展瓶颈：在发展驱动力上，激活制度、产业、要素、技术和老年人主体的内生动力；在协同发展上，推动服务主体、层级、形态、内容和层次的协同发展；在关系把控上，统筹协调事业与产业、供给与需求、城市与农村、公平与效率、整体与局部等几对核心关系，推动中国式养老向高质量、可持续方向迈进。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a distinctive elderly care system compatible with China’s socio-economic development, Chinese-style elderly care has become a focus of academic research and policy formulation. Driven by theoretical and policy practices, the high-quality development of Chinese-style elderly care in the future will be manifested at the individual level in the equitable accessibility of elderly care resources, diverse service choices, and flexible opportunities for social participation. At the macro level, it will be supported by the diversified development of the elderly care industry, an intergenerationally integrated social environment, and fully empowered science and technology. However, there is still a significant gap between the current development of Chinese-style elderly care and the ideal goals, characterized by insufficient endogenous motivation, limited level of collaborative development, and imbalances in key relationships. Therefore, in the future, it is necessary to break through development bottlenecks through multiple paths: in terms of development drivers, activate the endogenous motivation of systems, industries, factors, technology, and the elderly themselves; in terms of collaborative development, promote the coordinated development of service subjects, levels, forms, contents, and dimensions; in terms of relationship management, coordinate the core relationships between public welfare and industry, supply and demand, urban and rural areas, equity and efficiency, and the whole and the parts, so as to promote Chinese-style elderly care towards high-quality and sustainable development.更多还原
