【摘要】 2006年，习近平同志在《浙江日报》和《哲学研究》上发表《与时俱进的浙江精神》一文，^（1）系统阐述了“与时俱进的浙江精神”的历史脉络和丰富内涵，强调“我们要坚持和发展‘自强不息、坚韧不拔、勇于创新、讲求实效’的浙江精神，与时俱进地培育和弘扬‘求真务实，诚信和谐，开放图强’的精神，以此激励全省人民‘干在实处，走在前列’”。20年来，浙江坚持一张蓝图绘到底，把培育和弘扬“与时俱进的浙江精神”贯穿于深入实施“八八战略”、推动中国式现代化省域实践的全过程，有效激发了人民“干在实处、走在前列、勇立潮头”的无穷智慧和创造力，为推动浙江发展不断迈上新台阶提供了强大精神力量。当前，立足“十五五”开局起步阶段，浙江牢牢扭住奋力取得“决定性进展”、率先呈现“生动图景”这一历史任务，围绕“六个重大突破”，紧扣“八个聚焦聚力”，深化“十项重大工程”，高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区，加快打造“重要窗口”，奋力谱写中国式现代化的省域新篇章。在新时代新征程上，浙江更加需要大力弘扬“与时俱进的浙江精神”，为“走在前、作示范”凝聚强大精神动力。在浙江工作期间，习近平同志要求全省哲学社会科学界深入研究“浙江现象”，进一步总结“浙江经验”，与时俱进地充实和丰富“浙江精神”。当前，结合时代特点，置身新的历史方位，系统梳理浙江精神形成的历史脉络、理论渊源和发展逻辑，发掘浙江精神的时代内涵，解码浙江精神的实践伟力，提炼浙江精神转化为发展动能的内在机制、现实路径与经验模式，对于深化浙江精神的研究，进一步发挥“与时俱进的浙江精神”成风化人的作用，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2006, Comrade Xi Jinping published “The Zhejiang Spirit That Marches Forward with the Times” in Zhejiang Daily and the journal of Philosophical Research, systematically expounding its historical context and rich connotations. He stressed the need to uphold and develop the Zhejiang Spirit of “unremitting self-improvement, unyielding tenacity, courage to innovate, and a focus on practical results,” while cultivating the new spirit of “seeking truth from facts, being realistic and pragmatic, upholding integrity and harmony, and committing to openness and selfimprovement,” so that the people of Zhejiang would “take solid actions and stay at the forefront of the times.” Over the past two decades, Zhejiang has faithfully followed its blueprints, integrating the “Zhejiang Spirit That Marches Forward with the Times” into the full implementation of the “Eight-Eight Strategy” and the province’s practice of Chinese-style modernization. This has unleashed the wisdom and creativity of the people, enabling them to “take solid actions, stay at the forefront, and ride the tide of the times,” and providing powerful spiritual impetus for the province’s continuous high-level development. As the 15th Five-Year Plan begins, Zhejiang is focusing on achieving “decisive progress” and presenting a “vivid picture” of modernization. Centered on the “six major breakthroughs,” “eight key priorities,” and “ten major projects,” the province is advancing high-quality development and striving to serve as a demonstration zone for common prosperity and an “important window” of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
