【摘要】 社会主义基本经济制度是实现国民经济健康发展与社会公平正义的重要制度保障。本文基于马克思主义唯物史观,将生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动作为核心分析线索,系统考察社会主义基本经济制度从“公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展”的单维框架,向“公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展,按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存,社会主义市场经济体制”制度体系演进的动力机制及其历程。这一演进历程本质上是中国共产党在不同历史阶段,精准把握社会基本矛盾运动与社会主要矛盾变化,通过主动调整生产关系以适应和推动生产力发展的实践结果。为继续解放和发展生产力,加快推进中国式现代化进程,要在坚守社会主义方向与公有制主体地位前提下,深化所有制结构改革以激发各类市场主体活力,优化收入分配制度以扎实推动全体人民共同富裕,完善社会主义市场经济体制以实现有效市场与有为政府更好结合。本研究深化了对社会主义经济制度演进规律的认识,为在新征程上将制度优势转化为治理效能提供了实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic socialist economic system provides institutional guarantees for the healthy development of the national economy and for social equity and justice.Based on Marxist historical materialism,this study takes the contradictory movement between the productive forces and the relations of production as its core analytical thread.It systematically examines the dynamic mechanisms and the historical process through which the basic socialist economic system evolved from a one-dimensional framework of "keeping public ownership as the mainstay and allowing diverse forms of ownership to develop togather" to a comprehensive institutional system encompassing "keeping public ownership as the mainstay and allowing diverse forms of ownership to develop together,distributing according to work as the mainstay and multiple forms of distribution coexisting,and the socialist market economy".This evolutionary process is,in essence,the practical outcome of the Communist Party of China,at different historical stages,accurately grasping the movement of the fundamental social contradiction and changes in the principal social contradiction,and proactively adjusting the relations of production to adapt to and promote the development of the productive forces.To continue liberating and developing the social productive forces accelerate the process of advancing Chinese modernization,it is essential,under the premise of upholding the socialist orientation and the dominant position of public ownership,to deepen the reform of the ownership structure to stimulate the vitality of all types of market entities,optimize the income distribution system to solidly promote common prosperity for all people,and improve the socialist market economy to achieve a better integration of an effective market and a capable government.This research deepens the understanding of the evolutionary logic of the socialist economic system and provides theoretical insights for transforming institutional strengths into governance efficacy on the new journey.更多还原
