煤矿电机远程故障监测系统设计
Design of a Remote Fault Monitoring System for Coal Mine Motors
【摘要】 针对煤矿电机由于负载大、工作时间长和工作环境恶劣等原因而常发生故障的问题,创新设计一套煤矿电机远程故障监测系统。该系统可实时监测煤矿电机的运行状态,及时发现电机故障。通过Go语言和MySQL编写中枢处理平台,使用Frameset框架编写数据可视化平台,并通过WebSocket实现网络通信,基于特征提取与XGBoost结合的方法构建故障诊断模型。经实验验证,与传统方法相比,该系统优化了数据收发过程,减轻系统负担,提高了故障诊断的准确率,在性能上有较大提升。
【Abstract】 In response to the frequent faults of coal mine motors caused by heavy loads, long working hours, and harsh operating environments, an innovative remote fault monitoring system for coal mine motors is designed. This system can monitor the operational status of coal mine motors in real time and promptly detect motor faults. The central processing platform is developed using Go language and MySQL, the data visualization platform is built with the Frameset framework, network communication is implemented via WebSocket, and a fault diagnosis model is constructed based on a combination of feature extraction and XGBoost. Experimental verification shows that, compared with traditional methods, this system optimizes the data transmission and reception process, reduces system burden, improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis, and achieves significant performance enhancements.
