城轨车辆司机控制器更换周期试验研究
Experimental Study on Replacement Cycle of Controllers of Urban Rail Vehicles
【摘要】 司机控制器是城轨车辆的自动化控制装置,同时也是实现车辆速度调节的核心部件。以成都地铁车辆的司机控制器作为试验对象,采用定制的司机控制器循环加载测试系统来模拟司机控制器正常操作,模拟次数和其周期内的使用次数一致。通过测试司机控制器关键部件的电压和接触电阻,掌握城轨车辆司机控制器的寿命情况。测试样本的使用寿命满足两个大修(20年)的使用要求,即在车辆整个运营周期内,可以仅更换一次司机控制器。
【Abstract】 Driver controller is an automatic control device of urban rail vehicles, and the core component to realize vehicle speed regulation as well.This paper, taking the controller of a Chengdu urban rail vehicle as the research object, uses the cusomized cyclic loading test system to simulate the normal operation of the controller, with the number of simulations consistent with that of uses within the period. The voltage and the contact resistance of the controller key parts are checked to master the life of the controller of urban rail vehicle. The service life of the test sample meets the service requirements of two major repairs(20 years), namely only 1 time controller replacement needed in whole life cycle of the vehicle.
