【摘要】 在全球经济环境日益复杂、供应链风险持续上升的背景下，提升企业供应链韧性已成为制造业高质量发展的关键议题。基于2012—2024年中国A股制造业上市公司数据，实证分析了企业数字化转型对供应链韧性的影响及其作用机制。结果表明，数字化转型能够显著增强企业供应链韧性，该结论在经过内生性处理与稳健性检验后依然成立。在作用机制方面，数字化转型通过提升创新要素协同水平与ESG表现，进而增强企业供应链韧性。异质性分析表明，数字化转型对大规模企业、高成长性企业以及开展底层技术转型企业的供应链韧性提升效应更为显著。进一步研究发现，该驱动效应呈现非线性特征，且受到地区经济发展水平的显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of an increasingly complex global economic environment and rising supply chain risks,enhancing the resilience of enterprises’ supply chains has become a critical issue for the high-quality development of manufacturing industries. Based on data from A-share manufacturing companies in China from2012 to 2024,this study empirically analyzes the impact of enterprise digital transformation on supply chain resilience and its underlying mechanisms. The results show that digital transformation significantly enhances an enterprise’s supply chain resilience,a finding that remains valid after accounting for endogeneity and conducting robustness tests. Mechanistically,digital transformation strengthens supply chain resilience by improving the coordination of innovation factors and ESG performance. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the enhancement effect of digital transformation is more pronounced in large-scale,high-growth,and technology-transforming enterprises. Further research indicates that this driving effect exhibits a non-linear relationship and is influenced by regional economic development levels.更多还原
