【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of heightened global economic uncertainty and China′s economic transformation and development, flexible employment has increasingly become a crucial force in stabilizing the job market. Based on relevant survey data, this paper summarizes the typical issues in China′s flexible employment market and, centering on the policy goal of "stabilizing jobs and expanding demand", classifies flexible employment forms into three categories: job-stabilizing, promotion-oriented, and creation-oriented. On this basis, an analytical framework is constructed from four dimensions—time, space, scope, and functional value—to systematically analyze the value deviation manifestations of different flexible employment forms such as labor dispatch. Furthermore, strategies for value reconstruction of the flexible employment market are proposed, aiming to promote the functional return and value reconstruction of various flexible employment forms.更多还原
