【摘要】 结肠癌是常见消化道恶性肿瘤之一，手术为主要治疗手段，但术后胃肠功能紊乱高发，主要表现为纳呆、腹胀、大便异常等。西医以对症治疗为主，疗效有限且易反复，中医药在改善该病症方面具有独特优势。王晞星教授认为该病病机总属本虚标实，本虚为中焦脾胃虚弱、气机升降失常，标实为痰湿、毒瘀互结，病程中亦见脾虚肝郁、久病及肾的病理演变。临床确立“健脾益气、升清降浊”“调肝理气、运脾补肾”“疏肝理脾、攻补兼施”等治法，用药平正轻灵，注重长期调治。并附验案3则，以资佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colon cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract, with surgery being the primary treatment. However,postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction occurs frequently,mainly manifesting as poor appetite, abdominal distension, and abnormal bowel movements. Western medicine primarily focuses on symptomatic treatment,which has limited efficacy and is prone to recurrence. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in improving these symptoms. Professor Wang Xixing believes that the pathogenesis of this condition is rooted in a fundamental deficiency with superficial excess. The fundamental deficiency lies in the weakness of spleen and stomach in the middle energizer and the disruption of the ascending and descending of qi movement. The superficial excess involves the combination of phlegm-dampness,toxin,and blood stasis. During the course of the disease, pathological changes such as spleen deficiency with liver depression and prolonged illness affecting kidney are also observed. Clinically, treatment principles have been established, including “fortifying spleen and supplementing qi, elevating the clear and descending the turbid”,“regulating liver and rectifying qi,fortifying spleen and supplementing kidney”, and “soothing liver and rectifying spleen,combining attack with supplementation”.
