【摘要】 癌病的发生、发展及转归预后与后天之本脾胃的功能状态密切相关。《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》所载半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤、甘草泻心汤、附子泻心汤、大黄黄连泻心汤、泻心汤等诸方，共具辛开苦降、调和中焦之功，能有效调理脾胃气机、平衡阴阳寒热，与癌病过程中常见的脾胃失调、寒热错杂的核心病机高度契合，在癌病辨治中显示出良好疗效。本文从泻心汤类方的病因病机、主症特点、与癌病寒热错杂病机的关联性、临床治疗优势与运用特色等方面展开理法解析与异同对比，旨在阐明该类方在癌病治疗中的学术及临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The occurrence,progression,and prognosis of cancer are closely associated with the functional state of spleen and stomach,which are considered the foundation of the acquired constitution. Classical formulas such as Banxia Xiexin Decoction, Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction, Gancao Xiexin Decoction, Fuzi Xiexin Decoction,Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction, and Xiexin Decoction documented in Treatise on Cold Damage and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,share the common effect of dispersing with acridity,purging with bitterness,and harmonizing the middle energizer. They effectively regulate the qi activity of spleen and stomach and balance yinyang as well as cold-heat, which aligns closely with the core pathogenesis of spleen-stomach dysfunction and complex cold-heat patterns commonly observed in cancer,demonstrating favorable therapeutic efficacy in cancer diagnosis and treatment. This article analyzes the theory and application of Xiexin Decoction category and compares their similarities and differences in terms of etiology,pathogenesis,characteristic of symptom,relevance to the cold-heat complex mechanism in cancer,clinical advantage,and application feature,aiming to elucidate their academic and clinical value in cancer therapy.更多还原
