临床遗传学检验技术课程体系构建与实践
Construction and practice of the course system for clinical genetics testing technology
【摘要】 为提升医学检验技术专业人才的临床遗传学检验技能,培养符合行业发展需要的应用型人才,以问题和技能训练为导向,对新开设的临床遗传学检验技术课程体系进行模块化创新研究。针对临床遗传学检验技术课程专业性强、理解难等特点,结合行业实际需求和高等院校培养应用型人才的目标,通过转变教学理念、构建模块化课程体系、建立综合性实验教学模块、开发虚拟仿真实验、建设AI智慧课程、完善考核评价方式等教学改革,构建了一套完整的临床遗传学检验技术课程体系。实践表明:该教学方式激发了学生的学习兴趣和热情,增强了学生的自学能力、交流表达能力、团队协作能力、创新能力和实践应用能力,取得了较好的教学效果。
【Abstract】 To enhance clinical genetic testing skills of medical laboratory technicians and cultivate application-oriented talents aligned with industry needs, a modular innovation study was conducted on the newly established clinical genetic testing technology course system, guided by problem-based learning and skill training. Addressing the strong specialization and inherent difficulty of clinical genetics testing technology courses, and integrating industry requirements with higher education’s goal of fostering applied talents, a comprehensive clinical genetics testing technology course system was constructed through teaching reforms including transforming teaching concepts, constructing modular course systems, establishing comprehensive experimental teaching modules, developing virtual simulation experiments, constructing AI intelligent courses, and improving assessment and evaluation methods. Practice has demonstrated that this approach has significantly stimulated student interest and motivation, while markedly improving self-directed learning, communication, teamwork, innovation, and practical application skills, thereby yielding notable teaching outcomes.
