基于CiteSpace的破格救心汤研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Poge Jiuxin Decoction Based on CiteSpace
【摘要】 目的 采用可视化的方法探究破格救心汤的临床运用规律与研究现状、热点及趋势。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Web of Science建库至2024年12月27日收录的破格救心汤研究文献,采用NoteExpress 4.0.0.9855软件清洗数据,运用CiteSpace6.4.R1软件对作者、机构、关键词进行共现分析及关键词聚类、时间线、突现分析。结果 共纳入127篇中文文献,发文较多的作者为陈法桂、李焕彬、颜芳、王昱,发文最多机构为广东省中医院;研究热点集中于急危重症、心衰、冠心病心绞痛、肺心病、急性心肌梗死、脓毒症心肌病、伤寒论、分子对接等;破格救心汤治疗急危重症及疑难病持续成为该领域研究热点。结论 破格救心汤研究热点为急危重症及疑难病治疗,临床观察及分子对接研究有望成为今后研究趋势及热点。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application law, research status, research hotspots, and development trends of Poge Jiuxin Decoction using visual analytical methods. Methods Research literature about Poge Jiuxin Decoction was retrieved from CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP, PubMed and Web of Science from the establishment of the databases to December 27, 2024. Data cleaning was performed using NoteExpress 4.0.0.9855 software, followed by co-occurrence analysis for authors, institutions and keywords, as well as keyword clustering, timeline visualization and burst detection via CiteSpace 6.4. R1 software for keywords. Results A total of 127 Chinese articles were included. High-frequency authors included Chen Fagui, Li Huabin, Yan Fang and Wang Yu, with Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine being the most productive institution. Research hotspots focused on critical illnesses, heart failure, coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, septic cardiomyopathy, Shang Han Lun and molecular docking. Poge Jiuxin Decoction in the treatment of acute, critical and difficult diseases continues to become a research hotspot in this field. Conclusion The research focus of Poge Jiuxin decoction is the treatment of acute and critical diseases and difficult diseases. Clinical observation and molecular docking research are expected to become the research trend and hotspot in the future.
