基于数据驱动的酸轧板形参数与连退带钢跑偏相关性分析及预测评价
Data-Driven Correlation Analysis and Predictive Evaluation of Continuous Annealing Strip Deviation Based on Pickling-Rolling Strip Shape Parameters
【摘要】 针对连退炉内带钢跑偏问题,本研究旨在通过酸轧板形的二次拟合分析,建立非对称浪形与连退跑偏的量化关联模型,提出一种基于板形特征参数的跑偏预测与评价方法。本文从数据驱动的角度,对酸轧板形与连退跑偏的关系进行相关性研究,揭示了非对称浪形的一次项积分特性对连退跑偏的主导作用,为连退炉区稳定生产提供理论依据。通过本研究对酸轧带钢板形进行评价,可降低连退炉区带钢跑偏事故发生率,提升产线稳定性。
【Abstract】 To address the issue of strip deviation in continuous annealing furnaces, this study aims to establish a quantitative correlation model between asymmetric wave shapes and strip deviation through quadratic fitting analysis of pickling-rolling strip shapes, and proposes a deviation prediction and evaluation method based on strip shape characteristic parameters. From a data-driven perspective, this paper investigates the correlation between pickling-rolling strip shapes and strip deviation in continuous annealing, revealing the dominant role of the first-order integral characteristics of asymmetric wave shapes in causing deviation. The findings provide a theoretical foundation for stabilizing production in continuous annealing furnace sections. By evaluating the strip shape characteristics of acid-rolled strips through this research, the accident rate of strip deviation in continuous annealing furnaces can be reduced, thereby enhancing the stability of the production line.
