基于DEMATEL-ISM的数控车床故障传播分析
Fault Propagation Analysis of CNC Lathe Based on DEMATEL-ISM
【摘要】 本文基于国产数控车床转台的故障数据,综合运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)与解释结构模型法(ISM),深入剖析故障的相关性。通过DEMATEL计算各故障相关动作单元的关联程度,揭示故障间的因果传递路径及其相互影响关系;借助ISM构建递阶结构模型,展示故障相关动作单元间相互依存与影响的逻辑构架,进而实现故障的动作单元结构条理化与层次化。
【Abstract】 Based on the failure data of a domestic CNC lathe turntables, Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL) and Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) are comprehensively applied to analyze the correlation of failures. The degree of association of each fault-related action unit is calculated by the DEMATEL, which reveals the causal transmission path between faults and their mutual influence relationship; with the help of the ISM a hierarchical structural model is constructed to show the interdependence and influence of the fault-related action units, and then the structure of the fault-related action units is rationalized and hierarchized.
