【Abstract】 In the context of global population aging,the coexistence of lumbar degenerative diseases and osteoporosis significantly increases the risk of complications associated with lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation,making it an urgent clinical challenge that spinal surgery needs to deal with. In recent years,with the deepening of researches,there have been a more comprehensive understanding and more effective treatment strategies for the lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation patients complicated with osteoporosis. Based on a review of the relevant literature,this paper comments on the fundamental management strategies for lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation in patients complicated with osteoporosis,with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical management of lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation in patients with osteoporosis,and reducing the incidence of complications.更多还原
