【摘要】 为探索农林类高职教育服务乡村振兴的有效路径，破解人才供给与产业需求脱节等结构性矛盾，以江苏农林职业技术学院为例，基于“五链协同”理论框架，采用案例分析法系统考察其以产业链为导向优化专业布局、以创新链为动能推动科教融汇、以教育链为基础构建分类培养体系、以人才链为主线贯通育用机制、以政策链为保障凝聚多元合力的综合改革实践。结果表明，“五链协同”模式有效提升了人才培养的适应性和服务产业发展的支撑力，形成了可复制的“农林模式”，毕业生留农就业意愿显著增强，年均社会培训超2.7万人次。结论表明，“五链协同”是实现农林类高职教育高质量发展、深度赋能乡村全面振兴的系统路径，为同类院校提供了理论参考与实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore effective pathways for agriculture and forestry higher vocational education to serve rural revitalization and address structural contradictions such as the disconnection between talent supply and industry demand,taking Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example,based on the theoretical framework of “Five-Chain Synergy”,a case analysis method is adopted to systematically examine its comprehensive reform practices. It includes optimizing the disciplinary structure guided by the industrial chain,driving the integration of science and education through the innovation chain,constructing a categorized training system based on the educational chain, connecting cultivation and application mechanisms through the talent chain,and consolidating multi-stakeholder collaboration with the support of the policy chain. The results show that the “Five-Chain Synergy” model effectively enhances the adaptability of talent cultivation and the capacity to support industrial development,forming a replicable “Agriculture and Forestry Model ”. Graduates ’ willingness to work in agriculture has significantly increased,and annual social training exceeds 27, 000 participants. The research concludes that the“Five-Chain Synergy” is a systematic approach to achieving high-quality development in agriculture and forestry higher vocational education and deeply empowering comprehensive rural revitalization,providing theoretical reference and practical paradigms for similar institutions.更多还原
